1. Greaseproof (supercalendered) natural oil resistance is built into the fibre structure without any chemical coating. The cleanest, most eco-forward option. Handles standard burgers with moderate sauce and grease load effectively.
2. PE (polyethylene) is the strongest moisture and grease barrier for high-sauce, heavily loaded burgers. Creates a continuous barrier that prevents juices and oils from penetrating the outside of the wrap. Microwave safe.
3. Silicone adds non-stick performance on top of grease and heat resistance. The patty, melted cheese, and sauces release cleanly from the sheet without tearing, the right choice when easy unwrapping is as important as grease containment.
4. Wax (paraffin, soy-based, or carnauba) moisture and grease resistance for standard burger wrapping at high volume. Soy-based and carnauba wax variants are biodegradable and compostable, well-suited to operations with active sustainability commitments.
