Our Commitment to Quality At Print On Papers, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom paper products tailored to your business. Because every order is produced to your unique specifications, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.
07-Day Returns Policy We have a 07-days returns policy, which means you have 07 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or report an issue.
Custom Orders & Return Eligibility Because all products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product contains printing defects caused by our error
- The product does not match the approved specifications (incorrect size, paper type, etc)
- The order arrived damaged or with missing items
Free Reprint Guarantee: If your order qualifies under the above conditions, we will provide a free reprint at no additional cost. To qualify:
- Report the issue within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
- Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described. If the issue is due to our error, Print On Papers will cover or reimburse return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, you will receive a refund of your payment within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds Before Production If production has not yet started and no materials have been processed, a refund may be requested and is subject to management approval.
Order Cancellations
- Before Production Starts: You may cancel at no charge, provided the order has not yet been processed.
- After Production Starts: Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of production. Once fully in production, cancellations are not accepted.
Non-Refundable Charges The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Rush or expedited printing fees
- Shipping costs ( if applicable )
Artwork Approval Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all details in the final digital proof before production begins, including:
- Spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Colors, layout, and design
- Paper dimensions and specifications
- Dielines, cut marks, and barcode placement
Errors in the final product resulting from customer-approved artwork are not eligible for reprint or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items Report any damaged, defective, or missing items within 7 business days of delivery. All claims must be supported by photographic evidence. Claims filed after this period will not be accepted.
