5. Order Placement & Payment All orders are subject to acceptance by Print On Papers. By submitting an order, you agree to:

6. Pricing ,Taxes & Customs duties All prices are in USD. International orders may incur customs duties and import taxes, payable by the customer. For all the US orders, applicable sales tax is added at checkout; no customs duties apply domestically.
7. Design Approval & Production: A digital proof will be provided for your review and approval before production begins. You are solely responsible for verifying:

• Spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Colors, layout, and paper dimensions
• Dielines, cut marks, and barcode placement

Print On Papers is not liable for errors in the final product resulting from customer-approved artwork.

8. Production Timelines Standard production times after artwork approval (Mon–Fri):

• Custom Deli Paper, Wax Paper, Greaseproof Paper: 5–7 working days
• Custom Kraft Paper, Parchment Paper, Butcher Paper: 7–10 working days
• Custom Food Wrapping Paper, Burger Paper, Sandwich Paper: 5–7 working days
• Custom Paper Plates, Food Basket Liners: 7–10 working days

9. Shipping  We Offer

10. Cancellations & Returns Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Orders may be canceled before production begins without charge
• Cancellations after production starts may incur charges or may not be possible
• Returns are only accepted for defective products or errors made by Print On Papers

11. Quality & Reprints If your order is defective or does not match approved specifications, we will offer a free reprint. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, supported by photographic evidence.
